Abstracts can be submitted under the following topics:

CONTENT SPECIFICATION

  • Word count - limited to 350 words, excluding the title
  • Title - limited to 40 words, don’t put full stop (.) at the end of the title
  • Language - English, clear and concise
  • Please proofread the abstract for spelling and grammar before submitting it

    No images, graphs, references or illustrations are allowed.

    The brand names or name of the manufacturers for any drug or equipment is strictly prohibited. Use generic name(s).

    Use numerals to indicate numbers, except to begin sentences.

    Standard abbreviations are acceptable. Uncommon abbreviations must be put in parentheses and preceded by the full word the first time it appears in the text.

Each category will accept submissions for Oral and Poster, both. DO NOT SUBMIT THE SAME PAPER FOR MORE THAN ONE CATEGORY.

One can submit in ORAL and POSTER categories, both. One can submit only ONE abstract in the ORAL category. No limit for POSTER category submission.

Abstracts, SUBMITTED ONLINE ONLY, will be accepted. Abstracts sent via mail will not be accepted for review. Late submission will not be accepted.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AUTHOR INCLUDE

  • The data presented should be the original work of the author and have not been plagiarized from any other source.
  • We do not accept work that has been previously published or presented, or that is scheduled to be published or presented prior to the conference.
  • Avoid personal criticisms of individuals in the abstract. Criticism should be restricted to scientific contents, based on evidence.
  • Trade names for drugs should not be used in abstracts. Refer to drugs by their nonproprietary names.
  • Statements of grant support or funding statements may not be included in the abstract text (eg, Study was funded by……).

SUBMISSION SPECIFICATION

PRESENTING AUTHOR

  • Presenting author MUST BE a registered delegate. Submitting an abstract DOES NOT register you for ISAR 2024, Bhubaneswar unless the payment formalities are completed.
  • In case of an exception, the scientific committee will make the decision. All correspondence (regarding review, selection and presentation details) will be mailed to the PRESENTING AUTHOR ONLY.
  • ALL ABSTRACT SUBMITTERS ARE HEREBY REQUESTED TO GO THROUGH THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY

  • Author and co-author details - Full name, affiliation details such as department, institution/hospital, city, state, country should be mentioned properly
  • Contact details (e-mail, ph no) of the presenting author should be mentioned properly. Please do not mention any other contact.
  • COPYRIGHT

  • Submission of the abstract signifies the author’s consent to publish (in case) the same as a part of ISAR 2024 proceedings.
  • The scientific committee also reserves the right to reproduce the abstracts/presentations made in the conference in print or electronic media.

REVIEW SPECIFICATION

  • The abstracts will be reviewed online by an experts' panel through an unbiased, blinded selection process. Abstracts will be selected on the basis of their medical and scientific content, quality of data and methodology and adherence to specific format requirements.
  • Once selected, the Presenting Author of the selected abstracts will be informed accordingly via email.
  • Abstracts, submitted for oral, may be allotted for oral / poster presentation.
  • The scientific committee holds the sole right to accept or reject abstracts, to assign those for an oral or poster presentation and to decide on the final slot allocation.
  • An abstract can be rejected if

  • If the scientific work was published in any format in any national or international journals before or having been accepted for publication prior to the abstract submission closing date.
  • If the presentation has been delivered earlier in any format in any state, national or international scientific meeting.
  • If the abstract remains incomplete
  • If it does not comply with all the guidelines
  • If it is not having expected scientific merit
